  1. It definitely is very good for you, but I do not really enjoy the taste. I’ve just never been able to get into the liver taste because in general I’m not a huge meat eater so I don’t tend to enjoy things that taste really meaty like that but if you couldn’t manage it, you would be well served to do so, and I had it prepared in the best ways, but I could never really really like it but you could have a plan to eat it like once a week and just do it

  2. I thought it was bone broth is the secret to youth not only appearance but at 40 I can still do things most ppl my age have a hard time doing without that bad pain not the good pain
