  1. Ageing era lol. You are in your prime my doctor told me and that most ruined their bodies in their 20s to get pregnant, stressed out, neglecting their health mentally and physically because they felt pressure and wanted to follow the crowd. I didn’t. I still look the same I did at 20. 10 years, if you are careful does not age you. My whole family waited in their late 30s to procreate, focusing on their health, career, traveling and freedom. We all look healthy feel great while others seem jealous and envious. Yes wear sunscreen, yes eat well and exercise. Follow the basics which most idiots fail to retain younger.

  2. Dr Sinclair, Dr Greger and many of them (they are known for research, studies and documented articles on anti aging) are stating that diet plays main role. So i think, the first thing is – diet, actually very STRICT in matter of health (not calories) diet, lots of movement and other healthy habits. I actually thing it’s such fascinating things that by healthy (really healthy, not what companies push on us) diet, we can change our biological age (how we feel in our static age and how we look).

  3. 10:32 I heard laser hair removal isn’t effective if you also have light or red hairs. I’d consider Electrolysis as it also removes hair permanently but for any hair type white grey red etc.
